1. Domestic Shipping (Within Nigeria) Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is via trusted third-party courier partners. Delivery takes 1–7 business days, depending on location. Customers receive tracking or delivery updates once dispatched.
2. International Shipping (By Special Request Only) Ekosisi fashion does not routinely offer international delivery due to high shipping costs. In rare cases, international shipping may be arranged only at our discretion, based on customer request. Delivery costs for such orders are 100% the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before the parcel can be shipped by the courier (e.g. DHL). If the customer refuses to pay delivery or fails to collect the parcel, no refund will be issued, and the parcel will be held indefinitely.
3. Risk of Loss
Ekosisi fashion is responsible for your order until it is handed over to the delivery company. Once the item is delivered and confirmed received, the risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer. If a customer refuses to accept delivery or make payment for delivery or abandons the parcel, Ekosisi fashion is not liable for any resulting loss.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. By purchasing from Ekosisi fashion, you agree to this no-refund policy. Orders cannot be cancelled once order is received. No refunds will be issued for refused deliveries, failure to pay delivery fees, or change of mind.
