🛍️ Return Eligibility
We only accept returns in the rare case where there is an error on our part — such as:
- You received the wrong item
- The item is significantly different from what was described
- The item arrived damaged due to our packaging
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or not meeting expectations.
⏳ Return Window
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Requests made after this window may be rejected.

🚚 Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags. Customer covers return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Once received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and may be issued as store credit or refund to your original payment method.
